Murex seeks a senior legal professional to provide full legal support to the Americas, negotiating and managing B2B commercial and technology contracts including software licensing, SaaS, maintenance, services and related agreements with financial institutions and multinational clients.

Based in Mexico City or Santiago, you will collaborate with global teams, draft NDAs, RFP responses, and advise on data transfer, privacy, AI policy and regulatory developments affecting the financial services

Qualifikationen

• J.D. or LLM from a law school and bar admission.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in law firms or financial services.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and cross-border contract skills.
