Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Contracts Manager to support global clinical trial agreement drafting, negotiation, and execution. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, manages data and reporting, and oversees filing of clinical agreements.

The ideal candidate holds a JD with active bar admittance, can draft and negotiate high volumes of US and ex-US agreements, and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Contracts Manager to support global clinical trial agreement drafting, negotiation, and execution for the clinical contracting team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage data and reporting processes, and oversee the organization and tracking of clinical agreements. This role is integral to advancing clinical trial pipelines and includes administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar admittance and current license.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating high volumes of US and ex-US clinical trial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with clarity, accuracy, and conciseness in work.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Adaptability and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist and take direction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• $70.00 - $81.00/Hour
