SoftServe in Chile is seeking a senior leader to define the technical vision for computer vision and generative AI. You will steer projects from research to production, shaping visual AI initiatives across the company and client engagements.

You will design production-ready CV pipelines, mentor engineers, and collaborate with data scientists, MLOps, and architects to deliver scalable solutions using PyTorch, ONNX, and cloud platforms. This role demands strong leadership and clear communication.

Formación

• Extensive experience with Python and PyTorch in production CV systems.
• Deep knowledge of classical CV techniques: calibration, matching, homography, geometry.
• Advanced expertise in generative AI and multimodal systems.
• Model optimization and deployment using ONNX, TensorRT, Triton on cloud platforms.
• Leadership in guiding CV teams and driving best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with clients/executives.
• Academic background in CS, applied mathematics, physics, or related field.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical vision for CV systems and align with business goals.
• Lead production-ready CV pipelines using PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, ML Architects, and clients.
• Architect generative and multimodal models optimized for production.
• Establish engineering processes for training pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor CV Engineers and support technical growth.
• Contribute to leadership via publications, client engagements, events.
