Xsolla is seeking a Senior FinOps Engineer to lead cloud and infrastructure financial management across GCP, AWS, and on-premises environments. The role will improve cost transparency, optimize spending at scale, and help make the company’s global infrastructure more efficient and predictable.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps with a strong focus on cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS, with GCP experience prioritized.
• Strong understanding of cloud pricing models, resource types, and cost management tooling.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes resource allocation, autoscaling, workload placement, and cost attribution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cloud cost optimization across GCP, AWS, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Analyze compute, storage, networking, and Kubernetes usage to identify savings opportunities while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Build forecasting models, dashboards, and automated reporting for cost drivers and trends.
• Establish tagging and labeling standards, budgeting processes, and cost governance policies.
• Advise Engineering, Product, and Finance on workload placement, architecture, and scaling decisions.
• Improve rightsizing, reservation planning, autoscaling, multi-cloud efficiency, and storage cost management.
