Distribusion is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support LATAM accounting, budgeting, and FP&A in a remote-first setup. You will optimise local accounting across LATAM entities, implement controls, and partner with regional leaders on P&Ls and pricing decisions.

You will own budgeting and rolling forecasts, manage external providers, and advise on terms with partners. Fluent English and Spanish/Portuguese are preferred as the role spans multiple markets.

Formación

• Experienced finance professional across accounting, controlling, and financial operations.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles and LATAM tax/compliance requirements (MRFS, NIF, IFRS).
• Solid FP&A skills: budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Able to lead as a senior and hands-on, building structure and managing external providers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Review and optimise LATAM accounting setup across LATAM entities.
• Implement financial controls: banking mandates, approval flows, cash flow forecasting.
• Partner with Global Market Lead on P&Ls, deals, profitability; flag underperforming deals.
• Serve as finance contact for the region; advise on pricing, payment terms, carrier commissions.
• Own local budgeting and rolling revenue, cost, and cash forecasts.
• Manage external accounting providers; assess quality and renegotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing/payments and manage credit limits.
