Xe is hiring a senior QA engineer focused on ERP integrations. You will own quality end-to-end and shape how the team tests, from test design and automation infrastructure through to release gating and production observability.

You’ll work on Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, and Xero integrations, designing contracts tests and modern test estates. You’ll lead test automation design, CI/CD quality strategy, and mentor mid-level QA engineers while leveraging AI tools daily to improve

Formación

• 6 to 10+ years building production test automation, end-to-end.
• Strong test automation skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#, including test framework design, system design, and test architecture experience.
• SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• API testing (Postman, Bruno, or equivalent) and UI automation (Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent).
• Functional and non-functional testing principles (reliability and security) and disciplined defect management, with hands-on performance, load, or resilience testing (k6, JMeter, or equivalent).
• Comfortable generating test cases and running manual tests where they are the right tool, alongside building automated coverage.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) and AI test tools across the SDLC.
• Production experience with AWS in a development or test context, and CI/CD pipeline ownership (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience.
• Track record of QA technical leadership: setting test architecture, leading code reviews, and quality decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own contract tests and integration test harnesses for ERP and accounting platforms.
• Lead the design of test automation that gates code into production.
• Set the balance of manual and automated testing; write test cases and lead automation.
• Own CI/CD quality strategy and lead production incident investigations.
• Lead design reviews of test architecture and mentor mid-level QA engineers.
• Use AI test tools daily and build the test estate for new capability on the modern stack.
