Xe.com is hiring a Product Manager focused on ERP integrations to own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to roadmap and delivery. You’ll work across Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, and Xero, shaping how Xe connects with partners and customers while balancing compliance, design, and AI-driven experimentation.

You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define workflows, validate opportunities with SMEs, and drive measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 4 to 7 years of product management in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for a complex domain.
• Experience with ERP integrations or the accounting domain (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, or Xero), or strong familiarity with how businesses run accounting and payments.
• Strong customer and partner discovery skills, with experience validating problems and prioritizing what to build.
• Strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running experiments, analyzing outcomes, and using product analytics tools (Amplitude, or equivalent).
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, data flows, and system architecture basics, enough to partner with engineering on technical decisions.
• Comfort working across compliance, legal, design, and partner teams to ship in a regulated environment.
• Daily use of AI tools across product work (research, analysis, documentation, and prototyping), with a clear point of view on how a product org should adopt AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical and business decisions across audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define the in-product workflows Xe runs inside Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, and Xero, and the accounting orchestration layer behind them.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for the squad: what gets built, when, and why, working closely with engineering on tradeoffs and timelines.
• Discover and validate: talk to SMEs and partners, analyze data, and prioritize based on customer impact and business outcome.
• Lead execution across engineering, design, compliance, and partner teams: ship the roadmap and track outcomes against metrics.
