Xe is rebuilding the platform layer behind cross-border payments. We’re hiring a senior back-end engineer who owns real problems end-to-end and shapes how the team builds, from API design and data modeling through to service implementation, production reliability, and launch.

You already use AI as part of how you think, build, test, and ship. You’ll write code that moves money in production, design and modernize backend services, and lead delivery of new capability as Xe rebuilds its platform

Formación

• 6–10+ years building production backend services end-to-end.
• Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET; other OO languages welcome.
• SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Writing and maintaining tests.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools across the SDLC.
• Production experience with AWS, CI/CD and modern deployment.
• Strong system design and architecture in microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own backend services that move money and manage multi-currency balances.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with product, compliance, and operations from problem framing through launch.
• Lead the build of partner integrations and settlement infrastructure.
• Own production health for your domain, including reliability and incident response.
• Lead design reviews and mentor mid-level engineers.
• Use AI tools daily and drive modernization of legacy services.
