Xe is hiring a Senior Architect to own end-to-end architectural problems and shape how the engineering org builds, from system design to implementation, reliability, and scalable integration patterns. You will stay hands-on where it matters most, designing the ledger, settlement, treasury, and back-office systems that move money for customers.

You’ll set architecture direction, mentor architects, and drive AI-enabled practices across the SDLC, across the ledger, reconciliation, and data models.

Formación

• 7 to 10+ years building production software systems end-to-end, with focus on architecture and leadership.
• Track record designing system architecture across multiple teams or the org with reviews and mentorship.
• Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET and comfortable with other modern languages.
• Solid CS fundamentals: OOD, DDD, data structures and pragmatic design.
• Deep understanding of microservices, REST, and event-driven patterns.
• Strong SQL and relational DB fundamentals; familiarity with NoSQL.
• Production AWS experience and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience.
• Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools across the SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture for Xe's back-office and money-movement core systems.
• Lead prototyping and hands-on coding for core patterns.
• Set architecture standards: API design, observability, security, integration patterns.
• Mentor mid-level architects and lead cross-squad architecture decisions.
• Drive AI adoption in architecture work across the SDLC.
