Fluor Corporation is seeking a senior professional to supervise project designers and develop cost‑effective execution strategies for complex engineering work. You will craft estimates and schedules, determine staffing, and monitor progress to meet project goals.

The role requires developing material quantities, reviewing specifications, and coordinating procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities while providing informed recommendations on solutions to problems of varying complexity.

Formación

• Accredited two-year degree or global equivalent and twenty-two years if non-degree (varies by location)
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious manner
• Knowledge of materials availability and cost
• Practical field experience
• Proficient with word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets and presentations

Job Description

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited two (2) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty (20) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non‑degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner
• Knowledge of commercial availability and cost of materials
• Practical field experience
• Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e‑mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs
