SoftServe is seeking a Data Engineer to design and develop scalable data warehouse and ELT solutions that support analytics and business decision-making. You will own reliable data workflows and large-scale analytical datasets, focusing on performance, data quality, and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, build data models using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python, and develop workflows with Apache Airflow in AWS environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or data warehousing
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based data warehouse solutions
• Advanced SQL skills for large-scale datasets and complex transformations
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering, transformations, and automation
• Hands-on experience with dbt for transformation, modeling, testing, and docs
• Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration
• Experience with AWS cloud data platforms, CI/CD, version control, data quality, and production troubleshooting
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency for collaboration with stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse solutions
• Build and optimize data transformations and models using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
• Develop and maintain workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow
• Design data models and ingestion frameworks for large-scale datasets
• Implement data quality, validation, and auditing across data workflows
• Develop and maintain data integration across AWS and Snowflake environments
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, troubleshooting, and production improvements
