EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development and maintenance of data and ML pipelines on the Domino Data Lab platform, focusing on data engineering and MLOps rather than front-end work.

You will own end-to-end pipelines from ingestion to delivery, manage compute infrastructure for reliability and security, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to meet tooling needs.

Formación

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Domino Data Lab expertise across Data Sources, Datasets, Environments and Flows.
• Python expert for data engineering and pipeline development.
• Strong SQL skills across relational/data warehouse systems.
• R and Bash scripting experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Kubernetes with EKS/AKS/GKE for data/ML workloads.
• CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Excellent English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Build and sustain reliable data pipelines for analytics and ML workloads.
• Manage end-to-end data workflows: ingestion, transformation, delivery.
• Maintain compute infrastructure for efficient, secure platform operations.
• Diagnose pipeline performance and data quality issues.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on infrastructure needs.
• Champion best practices for platform usage and data workflows.
• Automate testing and deployment to boost reliability.
• Monitor pipeline health and preempt bottlenecks.
• Document designs, workflows, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal tooling.
