Glencore Copper SAOP in Chile seeks a Lead Contracts Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts on large mining projects. You will drive procurement strategy, tendering, and contract execution while ensuring governance, commercial risk control, and value optimization.

The role requires extensive experience with EPC/EPCM and major contractor relationships, plus strong negotiation and stakeholder management in a dynamic project environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law or related.
• Deep knowledge of Chilean construction/mining contracting market and stakeholders.
• Senior-level contract management and lifecycle understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complete contract lifecycle from pre-award to close-out.
• Support contracting strategies, tendering, evaluation and award processes.
• Administer EPC/EPCM and infrastructure contracts and variations.
• Provide commercial guidance to project leadership and risk mitigation.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure payment terms alignment.
