Tractebel is seeking a Construction Manager for a Data Center project in the Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile. You will lead on-site construction activities, ensuring coordination, safety, and adherence to technical standards throughout project execution.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in construction/engineering, proven Data Center or critical infra experience, and strong budget and risk-management skills, with mandatory English proficiency for multicultural collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in construction and engineering.
• Data Centers or critical infrastructure project experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments (interview in English).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to the project management team.
• Support project control and reporting during execution.
• Anticipate and help resolve interferences and on-site issues.
• Lead supervision of construction and site activities.
• Assist the client in construction sequencing and coordination.
• Supervise sourcing, manufacturing, and transportation processes.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards on-site.
