Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, the product team, and engineers, leading discovery, mapping processes, and crafting user stories with acceptance criteria.

You’ll help scope and estimate projects across client builds and internal products. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure solutions meet business goals, while maintaining clear documentation and compliance

Qualificações

• 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar in software projects.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level (flows, entities, relationships, rules).
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable leading client meetings with U.S. stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories for estimation.
• Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open questions early and drive resolution.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog for each sprint.
• Work with UI/UX design in Figma to ensure flows match requirements and flag gaps.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current.
