Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives, focusing on eCommerce platforms and CMS solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and support successful Agile delivery.
Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and roadmap contribution to scalable, high-performance digital programs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or CommerceTools.
- Familiarity with CMS tools like Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress.
- Experience leading requirements gathering for complex systems and delivering clear specifications.
- Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Experience with digital collaboration and PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Responsibilities
- Direct the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to translate goals into functional and technical specifications.
- Map processes, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to improve digital workflows and customer journeys.
- Ensure alignment between objectives and solutions with architects, developers, UX designers, PMs, and product owners.
- Document existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify improvement areas.
- Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Contribute to the roadmap of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Organize workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather feedback.
- Assist during testing phases with UAT and QA.
