Jobgether is seeking an AI/ML Technical Architect Lead based in Chile to drive strategy, architecture, and hands-on development of secure, scalable AI/ML solutions. You will shape the AI/ML roadmap, deploy production-grade models, and oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle across complex programs.

The role requires strong leadership, deep ML expertise (TensorFlow/PyTorch), SageMaker experience, and a track record of delivering in regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of AI/ML experience, including hands-on production work.
• 5+ years designing, developing, deploying AI/ML in production and MLOps.
• Proven ability to personally develop AI/ML solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch, ideally with SageMaker experience.
• Experience integrating AI into secure enterprise environments with regulatory/compliance.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI.
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS; Azure/Google Cloud also valued.
• Public Trust clearance eligibility; residency in Chile required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI/ML strategy, architecture, and modernization across programs.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and systems for decision-support.
• Advance predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-support.
• Provide hands-on leadership through the full AI/ML lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Oversee data engineering, MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, and bias mitigation.
• Integrate AI/ML into secure environments with governance and compliance.
• Support security risk management, audits, and governance reviews.
• Collaborate with security, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver secure AI solutions.
• Advise leadership on emerging AI technologies and mission applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide multidisciplinary teams.
