EPAM Systems in Chile seeks a Lead AI Engineer to design, build and scale AI applications powered by large language models. You will partner with clients to deliver tailored LLM-driven solutions and architect agentic systems for enterprise deployments.

You will implement robust data pipelines, prompt strategies and memory architectures, deploy solutions at scale, and ensure security, observability and cost efficiency across complex environments.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in Python or Java with modern frameworks.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI applications with LLMs.
• Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph and vector databases.
• Experience with MLOps/AIOps for agentic systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and ship end-to-end AI applications using LLMs.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor AI/LLM solutions.
• Architect data pipelines, prompts, and datasets for scalable models.
• Monitor performance, security, and compliance of AI systems.
• Prototype experiments to validate business value.
• Stay updated on MCP, A2A, ACP protocols and related tools.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.
• Deploy AI solutions at scale with observability and cost efficiency.
