Bosch Chile is seeking a Sales Manager Industrial Boilers & Thermal Solutions to lead growth of our industrial heating business within the Home Comfort division. You will own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and after-sales follow-up, working with engineering and operations teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in industrial sales leadership, English proficiency for international discussions, and a willingness to travel across Chile.

Formación

Degree in Industrial Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field.
5–10 years of experience in business development, commercial management or sales leadership within the industrial sector.
Advanced English is mandatory for international discussions and presentations.

Responsabilidades

Lead the commercial development of Bosch Chile's industrial boiler and thermal solutions business.
Design and execute commercial strategies, identifying priority markets and high-potential customers.
Develop opportunities related to steam boilers, combustion systems and energy efficiency.
Manage the full sales cycle for complex industrial solutions from identification to closing.
