Park Place Technologies in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Sales Development Associate to learn the fundamentals of sales and generate qualified leads for the sales teams. This entry-level role offers a path to a Business Development Representative with structured training and exposure to prospecting across departments.

You will gain hands-on experience with sales tools and CRMs while developing targeted prospect lists and outbound messaging to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.

Formación

• 0-6 months of related professional development experience (internship, school group, sales business development, marketing, lead generation, and/or prospecting) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn about Park Place Technologies, offerings, and how to articulate our value proposition.
• Leverage prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emails, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales teams.
• Receive training on how to use our sales engagement tools, our customer relationship management system, and other resources for identifying and engaging potential customers.
• Learn how to build targeted prospecting lists, craft outbound messaging, identify influencers and key decision makers, and discover opportunities for Park Place Technology to earn new and additional business.
• Participate in daily training sessions covering technology, sales skills, and mock prospecting engagements to develop your understanding of our business.
• Learn how different parts of the organization work together to support our internal and external customers.
• Develop strong organizational skills and managing your daily activities to achieve defined performance metrics.
• Other duties and activities as assigned.
