YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert contractor to optimize CRM-driven revenue processes. The role emphasizes configuring and maintaining CRM platforms, improving data accuracy, and delivering insightful reporting across SaaS workflows.

You will work on revenue tools beyond the CRM, streamline order-to-cash and support adoption of new processes, with a focus on clear documentation and measurable outcomes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
