YO IT Consulting is seeking a Word and PDF Expert for a remote contract role. You will edit, format, and finalize large Word and PDF documents for enterprise and regulated clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will manage tracked changes, comments, version control, and data extraction, while supporting dynamic forms and templates. Strong attention to detail and independence are essential in a deadline-driven remote setting.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Word and PDF tools in professional settings
• Advanced proficiency in formatting, tracked changes, reviews, and markup
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail
• Master’s, PhD, or JD in a related field (law, healthcare, academia, public policy, finance)
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients or similarly complex/regulated environments
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive document review, editing, and formatting in Word and PDF to match industry and client standards
• Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large files
• Create, edit, and fill dynamic forms and templates for diverse professional needs
• Execute precise data extraction and consolidation from Word and PDF documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely document solutions
• Implement and enforce document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance-driven projects
• Train and support stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF functionalities and best practices
