Qualifications

• Experience in application support, service delivery, or customer-facing roles within software/tech.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of fostering excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and resources in dynamic environments.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency a plus; comfortable working with multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Drive retention, expansion, and CSAT through effective execution of services.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, setting clear expectations and coaching for growth.
• Plan, monitor, and control service activities ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate between Octave and customer units to ensure alignment and compliance with contracts.
• Manage incident response, escalation and operational troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Octave solutions and guide customer through deployments and upgrades.
• Collaborate with account, global support, product, and customer success teams to resolve issues.
