Thoughtworks is seeking a Lead Developer to be the primary client liaison, guiding teams to deliver strategic technical visions. You will balance high-level and hands-on work, negotiate with clients, and coach peers to advance delivery excellence.

You will champion best practices (TDD, CI, pair programming), design scalable solutions, and push for DevSecOps and continuous delivery to maximize early value for clients.

Formación

• Led software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous.
• Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, CI, pairing and infra automation.
• Cloud tech like AWS, Docker or Kubernetes is a bonus.
• Continual learning and improvement with a hands-on mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Champion and adopt best practices like TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• Oversee or take part in the full software consulting and delivery cycle from ideation to production.
• Promote continuous delivery to deliver high-quality software and value early.
• Design solutions and select technologies to solve client problems with pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with teammates to build features and prototypes with UX considerations.
• Apply Thoughtworks Technology Radar thinking to client challenges.
• Code alongside developers and stay hands-on, not post-technical.
• Utilize DevSecOps tools and promote devops culture with security left in development.
• Mentor less experienced peers and foster an inclusive, high-impact team culture.
