Job summary

FullStack, a leading AI-native engineering partner, is seeking a senior site reliability engineer to join client teams remotely. You will own production reliability, incident response, on-call operations, and service availability on complex cloud environments.

You bring 4+ years in SRE/infra/backend, advanced English, a four-year degree, and deep GCP experience (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS). You will enhance monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus, implement Terraform IaC, and optimize PostgreSQL

Qualifications

• 4+ years in site reliability engineering, infra, or backend engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience owning production reliability, incident response, on-call operations, and service availability.
• Strong GCP infrastructure background with Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS, compute, networking, and managed services.
• Proven expertise building observability with Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Datadog, or equivalent.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads; IaC with Terraform.
• Ability to drive root cause analysis, postmortems, and reliability metrics.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Experience improving scalability, performance, availability, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability, incident response, on-call operations, and service availability.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal engineers on daily basis.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability improvements.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads.
• Refine infrastructure through RCA, blameless postmortems, and metrics.
