Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based development work with US clients. You will integrate into client teams, collaborate with designers and engineers, and deliver production-grade cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

The role requires 5+ years of DevOps experience, strong English, and a four-year degree. You will work remotely with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on scalable infra, IaC, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in designing and provisioning cloud environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform.
• Deep experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with VMs and cloud compute infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JFrog and artifact management is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.

Responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.
• Design, provision, and optimize cloud environments on GCP.
• Build and maintain IaC pipelines using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Manage cloud IAM, networking, and security controls.
• Operate with Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling.
• Collaborate on code quality and artifact management with JFrog.
• Contribute to libraries and best practices across projects.
• Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable production environments.

What We're Looking For
