Job summary
Improvado is seeking a technical specialist to own the performance of the website end to end—from SEO and GEO to speed and conversion. You will be hands-on with GA4, Search Console, and browser dev tools, and you’ll shape how the product is presented on the site.
The role blends analytics, optimization, and product marketing input to drive pipeline. Responsibilities span technical health, site experiments, dashboards, and collaboration with engineering.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in SEO/website optimization with measurable results.
- Strong technical SEO and rendering understanding.
- Willing to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone.
- Hands-on GEO or AI search optimization experience.
- Experience with GA4, Search Console, and BI dashboards.
- Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with developers and designers in a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Own technical health: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema.
- Monitor AI search visibility and prioritize fixes.
- Improve page performance, UX, and conversion paths.
- Plan and run experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and contractors to ship improvements.
- Build dashboards linking organic/on-site behavior to leads and pipeline.
- Ensure tracking accuracy across GA4 and Search Console.
