Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is hiring an SEO/GEO Consultant to blend hands-on technical and content SEO, with stakeholder leadership and sales support. You will drive keyword and entity research, content optimization, technical SEO, and data analysis to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner across teams, align with search engine algorithms and LLMs, and contribute to pre-sales and client engagements by crafting clear, persuasive presentations and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an SEO role, backed by a strong technical SEO foundation.
• At least 2 years in senior/lead/manager/owner-level roles.
• Experience presenting and advocating ideas to clients across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO factors affecting crawling, indexing, and rendering.
• Experience with multilingual and multiregional SEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end technical SEO/GEO audits to surface improvements for crawling, indexing, and rendering.
• Run in-depth content audits and define plans to lift content performance on business-critical pages.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, webmasters, and developers to apply SEO/GEO best practices.
• Coordinate with development teams during replatforming and updates to meet SEO/GEO standards.
• Create client presentations and contribute to pre-sales by shaping offerings and scope.
