Job summary

Recruiting Analyst at BairesDev is a fully remote role joining our Recruiting team to lead short- and long-term projects. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while aligning with our staffing strategy.

You will collaborate with the recruiting department and operations to identify candidates, present them to clients, and continuously improve staffing processes in a fast-growing, global company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for openings.
• Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment.
• Collaborate with recruiting to identify candidates for openings.
• Present candidates to clients and leads.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming possibilities.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.
