Job summary

Recruiting Analyst at BairesDev is a fully remote role joining our Recruiting team to lead short- and long-term projects. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while aligning with our staffing strategy.

You will collaborate with the recruiting department and operations to identify candidates, present them to clients, and continuously improve staffing processes in a fast-growing, global company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.

We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. We are looking for proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay marked attention to detail. What You Will Do:

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
• Presenting candidates to various clients and leads
• Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.
• Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.
