Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Proposal Manager in a fully remote role. You will own client-facing proposals, coordinating input from Sales, Delivery, and Security to create clear, polished documents.

Responsibilities include leading responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, coordinating contributors, and maintaining proposal templates while ensuring consistency and accuracy. 3+ years of experience is required, with upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years owning client-facing proposals for software or IT services.
• Track record managing the response process end-to-end.
• Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals from intake through submission and follow-up.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Coordinate contributors, deadlines, and reviews.
• Write and assemble proposal content with a consistent voice.
• Complete security questionnaires and vendor registrations.
• Maintain the proposal content library and templates.
