Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Proposal Manager, Presales to own client-facing proposals, coordinating inputs from Sales, Delivery, and Security. You will drive proposals from intake to submission, ensuring timely and polished responses across RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience owning client-facing proposals for software or IT services.
• Experience managing the response process end-to-end.
• Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals from intake through submission and follow-up.

In this role, you\'ll own the creation of client-facing proposals, bringing input from Sales, Delivery, and Security into clear, polished documents. You\'ll coordinate contributors and keep each response on track from intake to submission.

What You\'ll Do:

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience owning client-facing proposals for software or IT services.
• Track record managing the response process end to end.
• Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responses at once.
• Studies in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Upper-intermediate written English or above.
