BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (Motion Planning) to design and implement state-of-the-art motion planning algorithms for autonomous platforms. You will operate 100% remotely within a global team, contributing to high-impact projects across industries.

Bring 5+ years in robotics or autonomous vehicles, expert C++ skills, and proficiency in trajectory optimization and real-time MPC. Strong English required, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering with robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Expertise in motion planning algorithms (RRT, A*, lattice).
• Strong C++ and trajectory optimization skills.
• Experience with real-time constraints and MPC in autonomous systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement motion planning algorithms for autonomous platforms.
• Optimize trajectory generation for safety, smoothness, and comfort.
• Develop pathfinding using graph-based and sampling-based planners.
• Collaborate with control and perception teams for system integration.
• Enforce real-time execution standards to ensure responsiveness.
• Validate planning logic via high-fidelity simulations and data analysis.
