BairesDev is seeking a C++ Optimization Engineer to design and optimize high-performance algorithms for autonomous robotics systems. You will focus on latency reduction, resource efficiency, and system-wide tuning to ensure reliable operation in mission-critical environments.

You will profile complex software, identify bottlenecks, and implement micro-optimizations across CPU, memory, and hardware components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to productionize optimized components.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on performance optimization or systems programming.
• Proven expertise in C++ development and algorithm design.
• Experience with memory management, threading, and hardware-specific bottlenecks.
• Strong background in large-scale autonomous systems or robotics environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

C++ Optimization Engineer at BairesDev

As a C++ Optimization Engineer, you will design and optimize high-performance algorithms for large-scale autonomous systems. You will focus on efficiency, latency, and system-wide performance tuning to ensure seamless execution in mission-critical robotics environments.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on performance optimization or systems programming.
• Proven expertise in C++ development and deep understanding of algorithm design.
• Proficiency in systems tuning and optimizing high-performance algorithms for latency and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with memory management, threading, and hardware-specific performance bottlenecks.
• Strong background in large-scale autonomous systems or robotics environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
