BairesDev is a fully remote tech company providing top-tier engineering services worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale programs across multiple engineering teams and ensure alignment between technical strategy and execution.

You will define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive delivery while maintaining strong communication channels and program health across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in managing complex technical programs at scale across multiple teams.
• Strong ability to define and execute technical strategies with cross-team coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Drive planning and execution of large-scale technical programs from conception to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to resolve dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps aligned with business and engineering strategies.
• Establish clear communication channels and reporting structures for program health visibility.
• Facilitate technical decision-making to ensure scalable architectural outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence by improving internal processes and program management methodologies.
