BairesDev is seeking a C++ Optimization Engineer to design and optimize high-performance algorithms for autonomous systems. The role emphasizes low-latency, energy-efficient execution and production-grade performance tuning across CPU, memory and hardware.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement profiling and benchmarking, and contribute to scalable robotics platforms. 4+ years in software engineering with C++ and algorithm design are expected, with excellent English.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with C++.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms design and performance optimization.
• Experience with memory management and multithreading.
• Background in robotics or large-scale autonomous systems is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement high-performance algorithms with a focus on low latency and resource efficiency.
• Profile and optimize complex software systems to identify bottlenecks and architectural improvements.
• Tune systems across CPU, memory, and hardware components for maximum performance.
• Optimize pathfinding, solvers, and graph-based logic for autonomous platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optimized components into production-grade systems.
• Establish benchmarking, testing, and performance regression practices.
