Job summary

Sezzle is hiring a data-driven Marketplace Operations & Experimentation Specialist in a remote Chile setting. You will join the Marketplace team and work under the Product Manager for Marketplace, launching and analyzing A/B tests while coordinating with product, engineering, data, design, and partnerships.

The role emphasizes testing at scale, keeping organized experiment tracking, and turning results into actionable recommendations to drive merchant and user outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, experimentation, or product analytics.
• Highly organized. You can run many tests and workstreams at once without anything slipping.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, with teammates across the business and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with SQL and dashboards, and able to read A/B test results (lift, significance, sample size).
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift.
• Detail-oriented with a QA mindset. You catch the targeting mistake before it launches.
• Daily user of Claude or a similar AI tool. You use it to analyze data, write queries, draft docs, and automate repetitive work, and you can walk us through real examples.

Responsibilities

• Set up, QA, and launch A/B tests across Marketplace features. Make sure targeting, variants, and tracking are right before anything goes live.
• Monitor running tests, flag issues early, and call results once they reach significance.
• Keep a single source of truth for every test: what's live, who sees it, and what we learned.
