Checkr is seeking a Staff Product Data Analyst to collaborate with product, finance, data engineering and business teams to turn data into business impact. You will craft models, measure features, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Based in Santiago with a hybrid work model, you will report to the Head of Data Platform and help translate analytics into pricing, monetization and product improvements with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Formación

• 4+ years in an analytical role, 3+ years in product analytics/data science.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehouse concepts including data modeling; dbt bonus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven growth focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with prioritization skills and ownership to drive projects.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand products and customers.
• Communicate insights to non-technical audiences across levels.
• Collaborate with product owners and finance to evaluate value of features and projects.
• Create customer profiles and metrics for pricing and monetization strategies.
• Work with engineers to develop data sources and core metrics for company-wide use.
• Promote a data-driven culture through experimentation.
