BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security & Kubernetes Engineer to embed advanced security practices into our platform products. You will serve as a technical leader, designing secure container architectures and protecting enterprise workloads.

You will guide security across teams, define standards, automate configurations with IaC, and mentor developers on secure coding. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering/DevSecOps.
• Proven expertise in securing containerized workloads and Kubernetes architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Helm.
• Strong IAM, encryption, and secrets management knowledge.
• Ability to mentor development teams and define secure standards.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-product security architecture initiatives and define secure engineering standards across the organization.
• Secure containerized workloads and design resilient Kubernetes security architectures.
• Automate and manage security configurations using Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement and govern robust identity, access management, and encryption strategies to protect sensitive data.
• Mentor development teams on secure coding practices and drive high-impact security solutions.
