EQUALS TRUE is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to own end-to-end design across booking, checkout, cancellations, alterations, and post-purchase experiences for a remote-first LATAM project. You will simplify high-stakes flows, bring clarity to complex financial and policy journeys, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Writing from problem definition through launch.

• 7+ years of product or experience design with staff or lead-level ownership.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft demonstrated in a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing complex consumer-facing and transactional experiences.
• Strong systems thinking for scalable, cross-platform product experiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, set vision and strategy for large-scale products.
• Experience owning 0-to-1 products or major redesigns and leading others.
• AI prototyping experience with storytelling and cross-functional communication.
