Meadow is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to guide families through cremation options with empathy, convert warm inbound leads, and achieve individual targets. No cold calling.

Role involves follow-up by phone, text, and email, using HubSpot or similar CRM, meeting queue coverage, and contributing to a supportive, growth-focused sales team.

We offer paid training, transparent targets, remote work across LATAM, and a compensation plan with base pay and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting individual targets, ideally consumer sales over the phone.
• Strong spoken and written English communications.
• Ownership mindset: track numbers, follow through, act when behind.
• Coachable, steady teammates adaptable to a growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound phone leads through consultative conversations.
• Explain cremation options and pricing, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email, keeping records and next steps accurate.
• Meet sales and quality targets while supporting queue coverage and related workflows.
