Thoughtworks Chile is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to help clients build and evolve systems that run critical software. You’ll work in a remote role based in Chile, with occasional on-site client visits, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable cloud infrastructure and automated delivery.

You’ll contribute to cloud strategy, apply DevOps practices, and champion security and observability. Strong communication in English and ability to work across multinational teams are

Formación

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise hosting platforms on GCP
• Experience with DevOps, Agile methods, IaC
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability systems (Grafana) for availability and security
• Understanding of cloud/virtualization platforms and hosting technologies
• Experience with at least one IaaS cloud and multiple runtimes (containers, servers, databases)
• Scripting for Linux/Windows servers or container clusters
• Experience with CI/CD tools across stacks
• Security awareness for infrastructure vulnerabilities and software supply chain
• Bonus: experience with unit testing and automated testing tools, stress testing

Responsabilidades

• Launch projects through hands-on implementation within teams
• Collaborate on building a technical roadmap aligned with client goals
• Contribute to Thoughtworks cloud and infrastructure practice
• Ensure CI/CD controls and automation across the process
• Monitor and ensure delivery quality on projects
• Provide guidance in DevOps, cloud, platform and infrastructure engineering
• Build partnerships with client engineering leadership
• Suggest innovative solutions within constraints and policies
