FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems.

You will diagnose AI needs, design robust retrieval architectures, and own end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment, partnering with CTOs and business leaders. Required are 5+ years of software development with Python or TypeScript, hands-on AI tooling, and advanced English.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with core proficiency in Python (or TypeScript/Node.js).
• Has shipped at least one agentic AI solution, LLM workflow, or RAG architecture to a production environment.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI developer tools in daily workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Discover by running workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure process and specifications for automation across business processes.
• Architect and design agentic systems end-to-end with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and data flows; deliver value in weeks.
• Engineer the delivery system, including CI/CD for AI components and versioning.
• Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, costs, drift, and handoff to clients.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs; quantify impact in business terms; support pre-sales scoping.
