APPLY is seeking a BI Engineer/Data Analyst to support the Kraft Heinz DXP Platform through its data migration to Azure and Snowflake. You will own the path from raw data to insights, building dashboards in Looker Studio and collaborating with Data Engineering on models and pipelines.

Youll surface trends and anomalies, write SQL across BigQuery/Snowflake, and help ensure reporting is accurate and compliant while exploring agentic AI opportunities to accelerate decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in BI, data analytics, or hybrid analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL across BigQuery and Snowflake with complex queries.
• Hands-on dashboarding in Looker Studio and/or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of dbt for data modeling.
• Familiarity with Dagster or Airflow.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy concepts (OneTrust).
• Experience with CRM/MarTech data sources (Customer.io, Twilio Segment).
• Strong communication to translate data into business insights.
• Experience supporting cloud data migrations (GCP/Azure/AWS) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Looker Studio & Power BI).
• Partner with Data Engineering to migrate and validate data models during migrations.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write and optimize SQL; build dbt models for scalable data marts.
• Collaborate on Dagster pipelines and understand data lineage.
• Prototype agentic AI and data science solutions to surface insights.
• Apply data governance and privacy workflows (OneTrust).
• Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Identify data quality issues and work with engineers to resolve root causes.
• Stay current on BI tooling and propose platform improvements.
