APPLY is seeking a data analytics engineer to design, build, and maintain BI dashboards (Looker Studio & Power BI) turning raw platform data into actionable insights for business and marketing stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering to migrate and validate dashboard data models across GCP-to-Azure/Snowflake migrations, ensuring metric parity and no regression in reporting accuracy. You will also explore agentic AI solutions to accelerate data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's in data-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in BI, data analytics, or hybrid analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL in BigQuery and/or Snowflake with advanced queries.
• Hands-on dashboards in Looker Studio and/or Power BI.
• Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
• Familiar with Dagster; Airflow is acceptable.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy concepts (OneTrust or similar).
• Experience with CRM/MarTech data sources (Customer.io, Twilio Segment).
• Some Python/data engineering skills are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with Data Engineering to migrate data models across platforms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write optimized SQL and build dbt models for data marts.
• Collaborate on Dagster-orchestrated data pipelines and troubleshoot issues.
• Explore agentic AI and data science solutions to accelerate insights.
• Apply data governance principles and ensure privacy compliance.
• Own end-to-end reporting lifecycle from requirements to validation.
• Stay current on BI tooling and recommend platform improvements.
