BairesDev is hiring an AI Infrastructure Engineer to design and scale internal AI infrastructure, powering model serving, agent deployment, and vector stores for AI-driven applications.

You will build production-grade, containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker, integrate cloud AI services, and implement observability for AI workflows. This 100% remote role offers compensation in USD or local currency and collaboration with the global Top 1% of talent.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in AI Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Proven ability to build and manage internal AI infrastructure, incl. model gateways & eval pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Hands-on with LLM serving frameworks like vLLM or TGI and cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with observability/evaluation tools for AI agents (Langfuse/LangSmith).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain internal AI infrastructure, incl. model gateways and agent deployment platforms.
• Implement and optimize LLM serving solutions using vLLM, TGI, and related tech.
• Design scalable vector stores and evaluation pipelines for AI-driven apps.
• Build and maintain production-grade containerized environments with Kubernetes & Docker.
• Integrate cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) into core infra.
• Implement observability for AI workflows using Langfuse/LangSmith.
