Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI-native Long-Form Content Writer (AEO/SEO) based in Chile. This role combines advanced AI workflows with editorial judgment to produce high-quality, long-form content at scale, focusing on research, drafting, and optimization for traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.

You will manage AI agents to deliver publish-ready articles of 1,500+ words, ensure accuracy, and implement batch-refresh workflows to improve efficiency while maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in long-form content writing, optimization, SEO and/or AEO.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for research, drafting, editing and optimization.
• Ability to produce 1,500+ word articles at scale with consistency and accuracy.
• Knowledge of traditional SEO and emerging AEO strategies, including schema-ready formatting.
• Experience with SEO/content performance platforms like GSC or ClickFlow.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and improve AI-powered workflows for content research, drafting, editing, and refreshing.
• Produce publish-ready long-form articles of at least 1,500 words at a scalable pace.
• Optimize content for AEO and SEO, including structured headings and internal linking.
• Verify sources, check facts, and remove unverifiable claims to ensure accuracy.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities and organize refresh batches.
• Develop repeatable batch-refresh workflows for team adoption.
• Monitor content performance across Google and AI-powered answer engines.
• Track workflow efficiency, production output, editorial quality, and accuracy.
