Arcadia is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to be the first on the AI Enablement team. You will build Arcadia's software factory, turning manual tasks into automated, instrumented processes with measurable accuracy.

You will ship LLM-backed systems, write production Python with strong typing and tests, and own delivery paths including CI/CD and release management. This role is remote with US coworking spaces available.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship Arcadia's software factory components with scaffolding, templates, and CI patterns.
• Prototype against make-vs-buy and provide working evidence.
• Instrument automation and report before/after metrics.
• Instrument all ships and document failures, improvements, and drift.
• Integrate agents with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Snowflake.
