Howard Financial is seeking a Senior Controller to lead the Short-Term Rental and Hospitality vertical with a fully remote, full-time role. You will own the financial health of a portfolio of clients, manage a remote team of accountants, and advise client executives on financial performance and cash flow.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in accounting, 3+ years in senior leadership, and expertise in US GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, and trust accounting.

Formación

• Experience with US GAAP financial reporting and multi-entity consolidations.
• Proven ability to lead remote finance teams and advise client executive teams.
• Strong accounting controls, trust accounting, and financial process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end US GAAP financial reporting and month-end close for STR/Hospitality clients.
• Mentor and review work of remote accountants and bookkeepers.
• Oversee owner-fund and trust accounting structures with precision.
• Serve as primary advisor for client CEOs and investors on P&L and cash flow.
• Build scalable controls and standardize workflows as client portfolios expand.
