Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a GTM Manager to partner with Growth Marketing and US-based sales leaders. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role that blends account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations to guide sellers when to act.

You will shape how data and AI drive new deals and account expansion using tools like Claude in daily workflows. You will design multi-channel programs, map processes with sales teams, and build data-backed target accounts and contact records,

Qualifications

2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales.
2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows).
2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
Hands-on multi-channel campaign execution across at least three channels.
Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
Map commercial processes and build automations to alert sellers when to act.
Maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, contacts in CRM.
Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, expansion, and revenue.
Test new channels and scale high-performing plays.
